(More customer reviews)My order came missing assembly instructions, which to the company's credit, they shipped me pretty quickly. That's the only good thing I can say. The wood is cheap and not sanded well at all so big pieces peel right off. The openings for shoes are so small that you can (at most) fit one shoe in. Don't even think about holding 40 pairs unless they are all flip-flops. Only very low, flat shoes will fit. I have serious doubts about how durable this item is as the whole thing flexes/twists too.
