(More customer reviews)OK for 3.99, should be a Dollar store item. Holds the ties as it's supposed to, but if you only have a few you must balance them. Doesn't take up a lot of closet room & it's easy to deal with. It's a plastic coat hanger with a twirlly-thing attached.
